Member Benefits Portals

Lifeboat Technologies has vast experience developing Employer / Member Benefits Portals.  These online tools enable Employer Groups and Members to view and modify aspects of their Benefit Plans provided by their Third Party Administrators (TPA) or health plans.

Role-based security groups allow for an administrator to control access levels for Employer Administrators vs Members.  Employer Group Administrators can maintain their group's benefit information (e.g. eligibility), view reports etc. and  insured members can view claim status, maintain member information, view Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), etc..
